1. General

By purchasing from this store, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and fairness between buyer and seller.

2. Payments

  • Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase unless prior arrangements are agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods are those supported by eBay (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards, Afterpay).

  • Orders are not dispatched until full payment has cleared.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • All items are shipped within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.

  • Letter Post (untracked) may be used for small, low-value items. Buyers can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

  • We are not responsible for items delayed or lost by postal services, particularly where untracked shipping was selected.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the buyer is responsible for return postage.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

5. Item Descriptions

  • If you believe an item is not as described, please contact us before leaving feedback—we’re happy to resolve any issues.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from delays, mis-deliveries, or postal errors outside of our control.
