Some cars may experience screen flash back and jump to AUX interface automatically after installing.

As shown in the picture, this is not a product issue,it is caused by the wiring of car's rear camera reversing lights low voltage series which leads to the crosstalk power . Please ask the user to add a relay to prevent crosstalk power, it will solve the problem.

2. If you don't buy the rear camera's option, and if your car didn't connect the

rear camera, please don't connect the”back/reversing line”, when you install

the unit.

3. When your car radio screen “flashes” or showed the words “Begin reversing'

“No signal” “commencer a inverser”(like the below photo show), please check

with the connection of cables, and disconnect “back/reversing line”. this is

important.

Q1.The machine couldn't boot.

A1:Please check whether the connection of the power of positive and negative is right, on the other hand, check whether the fuse is burned

Q2. Black screen or shutdown automatically.

A2:It may lost software, so please check the date of production on the PK board. we can provide the right software to update after know the date of production.

A3:Check wiring diagram, make sure the connection is right.

Q4. The button doesn't work.

A3:Check whether the keys have stuck.

A5:Check whether the connection of radio antenna is right.

Q6. Search station automatically and couldn't stop.

A6:The local radio signal may be too weak, try to search the station hardly.
