1. Materials: Resin has fine details but is brittle with mild odor that fades after ventilation. PLA is tougher with visible layer lines. Not food-safe; do not put in mouth.

2. Craft: Layer printing leaves faint lines and support marks. Hand-painted items have slight color unevenness, each piece unique. Thin parts break easily; handle with care.

3. Size & Color: Refer to labeled size, images only for reference. Minor color deviation from screens cannot be grounds for return.

4. Shipping & After-sales: Inspect on delivery and take photos for broken parts. Custom items non-refundable without quality faults. Man-made damage excluded from after-sales service.

5. Maintenance: Keep resin away from sunlight and heat to avoid yellowing. Dust only with soft brushes; no water or alcohol cleaning. Avoid frequent assembly of thin accessories.
