Question 1: Why does it can't connect with Bluetooth headsets or speakers?

1. Please check whether TX/RX working mode and AUX/COX/OPT input modes are correct, and your Bluetooth headsets are working in pairing state (Some headsets need to be paired manually).

2. Double click power button to search new device again, when it's found, press down the knob to pair.

Question 2 : Why does it power off or disconnect without any warning?

1. C41,C41S has energy-saving function,will automatically shut down under the following conditions.

(1) In RX mode, no audio source playing within 5 minutes (even if it has connected to a cellphone via Bluetooth).

(2) In TX mode, no connection with any Bluetooth device within 10 minutes.

2. The power consumption of C41,C41S is very low, power bank may unable to recognize there is a device needs power supply and enter the sleeping mode, cause C41 ,C41S shut down.

3. The USB port of old TV may also be under voltage. (Voltage<3V, the product will not work; 3V-3.5V, effect may be poor; >3.5V, work normally).

Question 3: There is a delay in sound transmission

All Bluetooth products will have sound delay. We've improved our product, the sound delay can fully meet daily needs(about 100ms in the lab).

However, wireless transmission is never as fast and efficient as wired transmission. If you really need an audio experience without delay - for example, playing games which needs sound and picture synchronization, it is recommended to use traditional wired audio devices.

Question 4: Why does it can't work with TV?

Make sure you are using the output port of the TV, and C41 is working in TX mode, settings of audio source input on C41,C41s is correct.
