1.Can the smart TV use this TV backlight strip by itself？
No, it cannot be used alone. It requires an HDMI-Compatible 2.0 input source device to be used with this light strip, such as For a TV box, game console, laptop, PS4/PS5, etc. (Note: Not support HDMI-Compatible 2.1 devices).If you are not sure if your input source device is compatible with our light strip device, please contact our online customer service before purchasing, and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
2.What are the dimensions and weight of the LED backlight strip?
For 40-50 inches: the size is 50×90 cm and it weighs 510g.
For 55-65 inches: the size is 70×120 cm and it weighs 570g.
For 75-85 inches: the size is 90×160 cm and it weighs 710g.
3.How to solve the issue of the backlight strip being half lit and half dark?
① Press and hold the reset button on the controller for 5 seconds. The strip should then flash red.
② After the red flash, unplug the power and wait for 10 seconds.
③ Reconnect the power. The strip will run a cycle of white light to test if all parts are functioning correctly. During this cycle, observe the previously unlit section to see if it begins to light up. If this section lights up normally, it indicates that there are no hardware faults with the strip, and it can continue to be used.
