1. What types of cars can be installed in this product? 

This system is universal and it can be used on almost any 12V car, But condition is that the car itself is not has button or knob start engine, And it requires professional installation,Please install this car alarm with professional installation shop, Or make sure that you know how to install it.

2. Will my car become unsafe if I install this product? because it will lose its original anti-theft capability 

This product has the function of anti-theft, after the correct installation, when the vehicle is locked, it is impossible to use the button to start the engine in the car,this intelligent ignition system with a smart anti-theft function that exceeds even the car's own anti-theft 

3. Will the ignition system malfunction and I won't be able to start the car? 

This product uses car-level relays and cables, which are stable and reliable in quality. Therefore, in general, please check the power supply of the car when the car cannot start. We all products have passed strict quality inspection and Make sure it works well when leaving the factory. 

4. Why is the price so different and what is the difference between different models?

Different models have different features and qualities. KLS-LY model is the most simple model of remote start. It has no sound and light prompts.  In contrast, the SG-LY model is a bit more comprehensive, it has audible and light alarms, and comes with 2 remote controls.  Building on this, the PKESG-LY model features PKE keyless entry. The UTE-808 model does not have PKE keyless entry, but it is more comprehensive and of better quality.  The UTE-1000 has PKE keyless entry, It has more features than the UTE-808. In addition, different remote control keys also have different manufacturing costs.

5. How far can you lock/unlock the car?

Generally Within 20 meters by the mobile APP; Within 80 meters by remote control.

6. How to start the car?

Method 1: When the brake is pressed, the light of the start button will flash. At this time, press the button for 1 second to start the engine. If the button is pressed continuously the engine will continue to start.

Method 2: Start the engine by holding the start stop button for more than 5 seconds without pressing the brake.

7. How to shut off the car?

Method 1: Press the brake and then press the start button for more than 1 second to extinguish the engine.

Method 2: Hold the start button for more than 5 seconds without applying the brake to extinguish the engine.
