1.  Your parcel arrives in Israel in 7 to 15 days by Fedex from our list date of the tracking number.

ort tax /VAT of 25% might occur by random in Israeli customs. If it happens,You have to clear the customs.

3. Please keep your mobile phone or email box alerted to ensure that you will by notified or connected in 3-5 working days.

4. Goods will be destroyed/abandoned or returned by Israeli customs if you do not response within  5 days since the parcel arrives. We can only offer invoice or airway bill to for you to clear the customs. In this case, we are not responsible for the lost of parcel or returning goods value if you can not clear the parcel out of the customs. You may find help from local Fedex agent for customs clearance if you can not do it by yourself.

5. The products may have color variations upon difference of desktop computers or
laptops, different batches of kippots fabric and different lights when shooting photography.

6. Due to our products are hand made crafts, it is normal and tolerable that the size error is within ±0.5cm.
