1. Fabric & Filling: Made of polyester fabric and PP cotton. New toys shed slight loose fuzz, which can be removed by patting and is not a defect. Do not tear seams or take out inner filling.

2. Size & Color Difference: Follow labeled size in product details. Lighting and screens cause minor color deviation; pictures are for reference only. No returns based on color difference.

3. Safety Warning: Contains tiny filling particles. Children under 3 must play with adult supervision to prevent accidental ingestion. Do not put toys in mouth.

4. Washing Instructions: Gentle hand wash for partial cleaning only. Machine washing, hard rubbing and direct sunlight will cause clumping, fading and deformation.

5. After-sales Service: Inspect for damage or loose stitches upon receipt and take photos to contact customer service. Damage caused by artificial tearing or improper washing is not covered.
