1. I need to use your platform, but I can't log in. What should I do?

If you need to use our tracking platform after receiving the device, please check whether the device's IMEI has successfully created an account.

If not, please send the device's IMEI to TrackerKing customer service. We will check for you.

2. What should I do if the device shows that it was not activated successfully?

First, check that the SIM card used in the device is a SIM card and not an M2M SIM card (the M2M SIM card must be used after setting the APN with the SIM card).

If you are using a SIM card but still cannot activate, turn on the device, connect it to the vehicle, or make sure the device is not indoors and connect it to a 12V power source for inspection.

3. I have my own tracking platform. Can I use the device on my platform?

Our device supports IP and port modification. There are corresponding instructions in the manual. You can replace the IP and port with your own platform. Since this product is a single 4G device, it is recommended that you purchase a sample to test the effect first.

4. Do I need to log in to your platform? Does the platform charge a monthly fee?

Our platform does not charge a monthly fee. It is free for one year from the date of device activation.
