COMPATIBILITY FOR PRE-2009 MODELS OR 8-BUTTON MFSW STEERING WHEELS:

If your car model is from before 2009 or has an 8-button MFSW steering wheel, the buttons may not work with our MIB radios. You will need a CANBUS simulator adapter to ensure full functionality and prevent potential battery drain.

If the steering wheel decoder is installed and the car still leaks electricity, then a gateway still needs to be installed

After install the steering wheel decoder, as for the steering wheel button function, some car buttons can all use. Some cars have only a few of these buttons available. Some cars don't work.
This depends on the match between the car.

TIPS for the earlier car steering wheel no button:

If your car before 2010 year, and the steering wheel same as the following photo, your car install our radio, must need the canbus gateway 7N0907530AJ/BJ.
Without the canbus gateway, our radio can't work on your car.

If your car is small plug, instll RCD360 has below problem:

1.Turn off every 30 minutes;

2.Buttons don't light up;

3.Can not turn off even remove the key;

4.No reverse image;

TIPS:
