Prolonged use, excessive squeezing, or pulling may cause damage or detachment of internal parts. This is a normal and unavoidable phenomenon. We do not offer compensation or after-sales service for such cases.

2. Color variation notice

Due to factors such as production batches, screen display, lighting conditions, and individual perception, the actual color may differ from the product images.

3. Handmade product characteristics

As handmade items, their unique nature may include the following features:

· Slight mold marks / minor fading

· Wrinkles from compression

· Small oil stains

· Slight color differences / uneven pigmentation

Note: Due to the sticky nature of the material, dust may adhere. Oiliness on the surface may increase over time – this is a normal and unavoidable phenomenon.

4. Shipping-related issues

· Items shifting inside the packaging / bubbles inside the bag → please manually reposition and tidy up.

· Outer bag damaged → we will provide a replacement bag for you to change into.
